  • Each product is crafted with attention to detail. Slight variations in color, fabric, or finish may occur due to the handmade or limited nature of certain pieces.

3. Sizing

Please refer to our sizing guide before placing an order. If you're uncertain, feel free to contact us for guidance. We do not take responsibility for size-related issues if the sizing chart was ignored.

4. Payments

  • We accept various payment methods including Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). 

  • All online transactions are secure and encrypted.

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

6. Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we may accept size exchanges under specific conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
